Great Homeschool Conventions
The Great Homeschool Conventions Texas stop runs July 9-11, 2026 at Kalahari Resorts and Conventions Center in Round Rock. The resort setting adds a practical draw for families traveling from across Texas and neighboring states, with lodging and convention space under one roof. Programming follows the full GHC format: keynote speakers including Davy Liu, Nick Freitas, Joel Salatin, and Andrew Pudewa, plus hundreds of workshops organized into tracks for Homeschool 101, Classical, Neurodivergent Learning, Teens, and Parent-to-Parent. The exhibit hall gives families direct access to curriculum publishers and educational vendors. The Giant Cow Kids Event runs alongside main sessions, and Comedy Night with Bob Smiley closes out each evening. Shopping-only registration is available for families focused on the exhibit hall.
Great Homeschool Conventions hosts a five-city circuit from late winter through summer, widely recognized for fielding the largest exhibit hall in US homeschooling — hundreds of curriculum vendors offering convention-exclusive deals. Beyond the exhibit floor, each event runs eight specialized tracks covering Homeschool 101, classical, Charlotte Mason, neurodivergent learning, teens, and college prep, plus keynote speakers and optional children's programming. The multi-regional format means most families can find a stop within a day's drive.
