Thrive! is NCHE's annual statewide homeschool conference, held each May in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The 2027 edition runs May 27-29, with venue details to be announced in fall 2026. The three-day gathering pairs keynote and breakout speakers with one of the state's largest curriculum vendor halls, giving families hands-on time with materials before purchasing. Distinctive programming includes a teen track with activities and fellowship, a College and Trades Fair, a commencement ceremony for graduating seniors, a chess tournament, an ASVAB Career Exploration Program, and a sensory room for attendees with sensory needs. The conference is Christ-centered in its framing and draws homeschooling families from across North Carolina.
